How this wiki is built

JSON in data/resources.json is the source of truth, shipped as js/resources-data.js. Quotas come from official live pages only. Collapsed cards show chips + a one-line run summary; caveats sit in <details>.

Official docs for allowances and claim steps. Community reports for pitfalls only.
Unincorporated / India / card-upfront called out on every card.
3-day trials and $5 coupons are flagged or hidden by default.
Homepage defaults to Cloud, with perks/trials hidden. Founder-program grants are a separate chip — not a relabel of AWS Free Plan.

Cloud-first rules & founder grants

Always-free (Cloudflare, Oracle Ampere, Lambda, Cloud Run) ranks above paid-cheap VPS and above grants. Independently verified core credits: Microsoft Founders Hub ($1,000 + $4,000), AWS Activate Founders, Google for Startups Start tier. Also listed: Cloudflare for Startups, DigitalOcean Startups, and India DPIIT→AWS — startup-grant cards with requirements + numbered steps.

Dead hosts (Fly.io free for new accounts, Heroku free, Cyclic, Deta, Glitch) stay in JSON as do-not-chase, hidden until you turn off Hide perks & trials.

Railway re-check (2026-09-01)

Official docs: 30-day trial with a one-time $5 grant, then Free with $1 of non-rolling credit per month. Listed with that catch — not a toy coupon, not a generous host.

Deploy

Static Cloudflare Pages, output ., no npm build. Viewers load js/resources-data.js.

Corrections

Open a correction issue with the official URL. Re-verify anything older than 30 days.
